Battery Service
eBike batteries are complex — and most shops won't touch them. We do full cell-level diagnostics, BMS testing, pack rebuilds, and range optimization for all major battery formats.

FAQ
How long does a typical repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 3–5 business days. Diagnostics are usually same or next day. Complex overhauls or parts-dependent repairs may take longer — we'll always give you an honest timeline upfront.
Do you work on all eBike brands?
Yes. We service all major brands including Trek, Rad Power, Specialized, Giant, Aventon, Sur-Ron, Juiced, Lectric, and more. If it has a motor, we can work on it.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer pickup and drop-off within the Mesa area. Select that option when you book and we'll coordinate a time that works for you.
Will I get a quote before you start work?
Always. After diagnostics, we provide a written quote before any repair work begins. No surprises on your invoice.
Do you sell parts?
We stock common consumables (brake pads, cables, tires, tubes, chains) and can source most parts within 1–3 business days. Ask us when you book.
